About Risley Cline
Risley Cline is a Los Angeles based visual artist exploring the realms of photography, painting and design.
She began to pursue her interest in photography and the visual arts during her sophomore year of high school when she enrolled in a black and white photography class. From there, she explored working with both analog and digital photography and continued to build an artistic portfolio during her free time. Studying at UCLA has given her the opportunity to engage in academic classes of interest as well as collaborate with other creative individuals both within the art department and other colleges at UCLA.
Presently, Risley is a board member of the newly created Kiwi Magazine--a biannual UCLA student-run arts and culture print publication focusing on genuine human experience. This opportunity allows her to explore her interests in art/creative direction, marketing, social media advertising, and event planning. Risley has always been a creative person at heart and she looks forward to seeing how her work will evolve along with her artistic aspirations and experiences.
